Directions to use
To make the dosa, just soak 1.5 cup millet dosa pre mix for 5 - 6 hours. Grind it into a batter with water. Let it ferment for 2-3 hours.Then, heat a pan on medium heat. Spread the dosa mix in the pan , add oil and cook for 1-2 minutes,. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Serve with your favorite chutney or gravy!
